Happy Mother’s Day!
So what are you doing today?
I’m sorry, I start to do my blogging routine every day, and then I run out of time before I get past the first few blogs in my reader. Things should ease up soon. I hope. I keep saying that.
I keep meaning that, LOL.
I have been keeping up on reading your blogs, though, but I still feel like I’m missing out! So what’s up, lately? How’s life? The writing?

20 bonus scribbles:
Mother's Day will be spent at my Aunt's house, with four mothers in tow. It looks a little cold outside, and it's already 9:30 a.m. so I'm hoping we aren't planning to eat outside. When we go to my Aunt's, she has this awesome house on the hill that over looks the city, but when it's cold, it's really, super cold. Happy Mother's Day to all!
I had my celebration yesterday, seeing Star Trek, which was excellent. Today is a good day for writing, and now I'm going to do a couple loads of laundry. Same old stuff.
I forgot to say, love the picture!
Love that picture, too. Very cute.
Happy Mother's Day to all!
I'm just doing my normal Sunday today - which means chores and writing and shopping for things like food (and Erica's Magickeepers book).
Hey, blogging is a hobby not a job. Sometimes there's no time.
Today we finished up the manuscript for the new mystery and sent it off.
I'm having a hard time keeping up these days myself. Too many posts and not enough time.
Oh how nice, Christina! Wow, that sounds absolutely gorgeous! I think I'm envious. :-)
Oooh, Edie, I can't wait to see it! I did a bunch of laundry yesterday. So nice to have it done!
Sarah, I can't wait to get my hands on that book! It's killing me! We go to Borders all the time, but rarely to B&N. We're going to make a point of it this week!
This is true, Eric! LOL! But it's a hobby I want to get to more! I feel like a bad friend if I don't say hi to everyone, LOL. It's silly, I know. :-)
Wow, that must feel great! I love finally finishing books.
I agree, Charles. I miss everyone. I guess all we can do is give it our best!
Hey, Spy! We went to New York for the weekend, but I had a bad cold, so I spent Saturday laying in bed at my brother and sister-in-law's house. They're so cute. It was sort of relaxing in a weird way. When I'm at home, I have to do stuff, even though I'm sick. There, I just lay down and read my Kindle. Fun!
Hey Spy, hubby and I did yard work today. We were going to have dinner with family, but one of the grandkids got sick yesterday. Doing much better now, though, so that's great. I did see my daughter, though, and she got me a cardinal birdfeeder. Last year, I received a bluebird one. Really cute in my plum tree.
All in all, a very fun day spent outdoors!
Same old, same old. But you must check out my blog this morning--it is truly inspired snark!
I am beyond stressed. It's because it is May and May is worse than the holiday season when you have three school aged kids.
I'm also freaked out about moving this summer. Need to find my Zen because I have apparently lost it. ;-)
Oh Robin, I LOVE my Kindle. I don't think I've ever loved a piece of technology quite as much. It's funny: last weekend, I spent three days falling asleep every two hours, and in between, I read on my Kindle. It's the best.
LaDonna, that so cool! The place where I housesit sometimes has bird feeders, and I spend all day in the sun room watching the hundreds of birds who come. It is SO cool. So are those, like, decorated like a cardinal, or do they specifically attract cardinals? (Shows you how much I know!)
Writenow, it was fabulous! Definitely worth a big smile!
Heather, you are my Zen guru! I've been searching for my Zen for quite awhile now.
Good luck moving. Such big change is VERY stressful. I'm looking forward to big changes in my life, though. I'm planting the seeds. Nothing's happening yet, though. :-)
That is the cutest picture ever! You always have such great pictures to go with your posts. Where do you find them all?!
